Hello Members,Here is some good news for all Indians. India's ace shooter Abhinav Bindra won Gold Medal in 10 metres Air Rifle shooting in Beijing Olympics. India's start to the games was dismal and all other shooters including Anjali Bhagwat, hyped Archers were a let down.
Bindra's victory is a welcome break from the no medal table of India. Even India's badminton prodigy Saina Nehwal has progressed well and moved to the quarter finals. The victory that came as a big news to one and all was achieved in the morning.
More medals are now expected from last edition silver medalist Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore in double trap shooting event and also from the former world doubles champion pair of Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes. Let us all pray together for the best. Chak De India...
